Is being in nature a spiritual experience for you? How might the natural world inspire prayer and have an impact on how we live and work in the world?

If you love the outdoors and are curious to find God in nature alongside others then these walking prayer workshops in the beautiful setting of the Eden Valley are for you.

Dates and times:

• Sat 18th April - 10am-4pm - starting at St Peter’s Church, Askham.  (6-7miles)

Walk description

A longer hill walk from the village of Askham up and over Askham Common and returning along the river Lowther.

You can find the information for all the walks by clicking on the booking link above. We are offering a mixture of lengths of walks on different days, with this being the longest.

Coordinated by:

Suggested Donation

The suggested donation for this day-long workshop is £35-55. This is what the Jesuit Institute needs to cover our costs and to support our work of making Ignatian spirituality available to as many people as possible. However, if you are unable to donate this amount for any reason, please offer what you can (or even nothing at all!). All are most welcome to attend. We will send you information about making a donation after you book.
