‘The world is charged with the grandeur of God’
- Gerard Manley Hopkins SJ
There will be time to chat and time to be silent. There will be stops along the way for guided prayer to help you to take stock of what is happening in your daily life, to talk to God about these things and return home refreshed. The guided prayers will be drawn from the Ignatian tradition, which invites an encounter with God who is found in all things and a deeper relationship with Jesus who walks alongside us.
Led by the Jesuit Institute: Sarah Young, Stephen Hoyland & JI Companion Ginny Newsham

Thanks to Hyning Monastery for hosting us for this special event!
The suggested donation for this event is £25. This helps us to cover our costs and to support our work of making Ignatian spirituality available to as many people as possible. However, if you are unable to donate this amount for any reason, please offer what you can (or even nothing at all!). All are most welcome to attend. We will also be giving a contribution to Hyning Monastery for their hospitality.
As we are not normally able to refund donations if the event is cancelled (i.e. due to poor weather) it would be better to donate on the day itself or afterwards.
Online donation: go to https://www.jesuitinstitute.org/give and choose A Walk with God from Hyning in the Designation field. This also provides you with the option to Gift Aid your donation if you are a UK tax payer.
