Audience
This is the first of two gatherings in 2020 of the Heads of Jesuit Schools and Associate Schools of the British Province. This conference includes our annual day of retreat (on the Friday).

Dates and Times
Please arrive in time for lunch at 12.45pm on Thursday 27 February. We finish with lunch at 12.45pm on Saturday 29 February 2020.

Getting to/from Campion Hall from Heathrow or Gatwick

There is no visitor parking at Campion Hall and parking in the city of Oxford is very restricted and expensive. If you need to drive, it is best to use one of the Park and Ride facilities which circle the city.

The first session on Thursday is at 1.30pm; so if this means you could catch a more convenient later train (eg. from Glasgow) please feel free to do so (but you will miss lunch so please have something to eat on the train).

Accommodation
Some accommodation is at Campion Hall in single rooms. Some accommodation will be in local hotels.
Towels are provided. Please bring toiletries.

Dietary or access requirements
If you have special access or dietary requirements (including vegetarian diet) please let us know as soon as possible.

Dress Code
Informal.

Cost
The accommodation and administrative costs of the conference are met by the British Jesuit Province for Jesuit schools. Your school should cover your travel costs.
